What Mamawise is

Mamawise gives general guidance on babies and young children — milestones, feeding, growth and wellbeing — written and reviewed by our clinical team.

What Mamawise is not

It is not a doctor, and it does not diagnose or treat. It does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional, and nothing in it should delay you seeking care.

If you think your child needs medical attention, contact your doctor or emergency services. In an emergency, do not use the app — call for help.

The Dr. Duaa assistant

Dr. Duaa answers only from guidance our clinical team has approved, and tells you when something needs a doctor. It is an assistant, not a clinician, and its answers are general information rather than advice about your particular child.

Your account

Keep your account to yourself and keep it secure. You are responsible for what is done through it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold an account.

Your content

What you record about your child stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service, and nothing more.

Subscriptions

Some features need a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless you cancel, and are cancelled and refunded through the store you bought them from, under that store’s rules.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping or copying our content for republication, and no using it to harm anyone.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Mamawise available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general guidance — the decision about your child’s health is yours and your doctor’s.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mamawise and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
